Mr. Walid Shoebat, Former Member PLO Faith Brigade: When the Westerners think of religion, whether itâs Islam, Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, and all the isms in the world, Westerners think that itâs a personal issue. A Buddhist will go to the temple and peacefully worship, whatever he does, meditates, contemplates; a Jew goes to a synagogue and does his mitzvahs, his good deeds; a Muslim goes to the mosque, pays Zakat, alms, or go to the pilgrimage at Hajj in
Mecca; or a Christian goes to church on Sunday. They think itâs a personal issue, religion is a personal issue. So when they look at Islam, they compare Islam with the way they understand religions, and thatâs the first mistake. Islam is not a religion for personal use. Islam is Shariâah law. Islam is a form of government to the world, first, then to personal application. It is not just how you pray or pray towards
Mecca, itâs how you dress. You dress in an Arab culture. You speak Arabic. You canât go to heaven unless you pray in Arabic. You canât read the Quâran in English and expect to get good deeds to go to heaven. Read the Quâran in Arabic. It becomes an imperialistic system, that everybody, now, must speak Arabic, think Arabic, practice the religion in Arabic. Itâs a form of law, not just in how you eat, but how you get married, how you deal with your government, how you deal with your military, how you deal with the youth, how you deal with women, every aspect of your life becomes Islam. Everythingâs Islam.â
Answer: Dear Sir, much of what follows in your video is only repetitious. That will help me keep my answers brief. I have just responded to Mr. Trifkovic that, indeed, Islam is a beautiful System of Life. But, can you confine the Golden Rule within the Church? If there was truly a Separation of Church and State, why did the Roman Catholic Hitler fight in the name of God? Dear Sir, Arab-ism has not yet left you a bit. You know that hardly 10% of Muslims speak Arabic. What percentage of Muslims in the world knows Arabic, thinks Arabic and dresses like the Arabs do? Where does the Qurâan command the Muslims to adopt the Arabic language and Arab culture? What is wrong with sticking to harmless geographically diverse cultural traits? Islam affectionately encourages unity in diversity.
5:48 ⊠For each community among you We have appointed certain rites and a traced-out way. When God wills, He could make you all one single community. But He decided to let you test yourselves by what (potentials) He has granted you. So, outdo one another in doing good to the society. To God you will all return, and He will then make you understand wherein you differed.

Sahih Al Bukari, Vol. 2, Book 23, Hadith 413:
âThe Jews brought to the Prophet a man and a woman from amongst them who had [adultery] illegal sexual intercourse. The Prophet ordered all of them to be stoned [to death] near the place of offering the funeral prayers beside the mosque.â
Answer: All of them or just that couple? Jews had brought the case to the exalted Prophet and requested the decision on the basis of the Torah. Please note that the Torah ordains stoning for adultery and death for homosexuality while the Qurâan prescribes 100 lashes to each adulterer and ordinary punishment to homosexuals..
Deuteronomy:
If a bride has no blood on the bed-sheet
22:13 If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,
22:14 â-, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid:
22:20 But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:
22:21 Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her fatherâs house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: â- put evil away from among you.
Leviticus:
20:10 And the man that committeth adultery with another manâs wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbourâs wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death. [The Islamic Mullahs seem to have gotten this non-Quranic punishment of stoning from here]
20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. [What about the âgay rightsâ]
The Qurâan:
24:2 The adulteress and the adulterer, flog each one of them with a hundred stripes. ..
It is easy to see that if the Jews had sought the Qurâanâs decision, the convicted ones would have received only stripes. Despite all the circumstances given in the history above, it is likely that the story might be a fabrication since the exalted Prophet would be the last man to dispense the barbaric punishment of stoning which, incidentally, is not prescribed in the Book for any crime..
4:16 If the two of you spread such immorality or lewdness in the society, punish both of them (as determined by the appropriate court of law). But if they repent and mend their ways, leave them alone. God is the Acceptor of repentance, Merciful. (This includes homosexuality, male and female.)

Sahih Al Bukari, Vol. 7, Book 62, Hadith 88: âThe Prophet wrote the [marriage contract] with Aisha while she was six years old and consummated the marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine more years (i.e. until his death).
Answer: We have discussed before that the Hadith conjecture came into being 250-450 years after the exalted Prophet, and that too on hearsay â He heard it from him who heard it from this who heard it from that and so on. The Muhadditheen (Hadith collectors) did not have a scrap of paper before them! So, how much credibility could such reports have? We may consider only those Ahadith worthy of reflection that do not defy the Qurâan.
The Qurâan ordains that a man and a woman must meet the following criteria before they can get married:
1 â Ability to grant free consent.
2 â Sufficient age and maturity to sign a solemn legal contract.
3 - Sufficient age and maturity to understand and manage oneâs financial matters.
See Qurâan 4:6, 4:19, 4:21.
How could the Prophet defy the Revelation? Wonât he lose all credibility and even his noble companions if he did that?
Contrary to the Imamist propaganda, the exalted Prophet had no more than one wife at a time. And Ayesha was a sister, not daughter, of Abu Bakr. The Prophet (S) did not marry for three years after Khadijahâs demise in Makkah three years before Hijrah. Hazrat Ayesha was the widow of a martyr, Saleh bin Saleh Al-âAtaib. She was 48 years old at the time of marriage to the exalted Prophet. The wedding took place in 622 CE when Muhammad (S) was 52 years old. [Kitab-e-Dalail-e-Nabawwut Syedna Muhammad (S), by Abdul Jabbar Fatimi, written 150 years before Tabari, the first ever âcanonizedâ historian. Azwaaj-in-Nabi wal-Ashaab, by Sheikh Hammad bin Hakam. The rest is nothing but slanderous imagination of the Zoroastrian âImamâ Tabari, the Jewish biographer Ibn Ishaq and his Parsi follower Ibn Hisham]Mr. Robert Spencer, Director, Dhimmiwatch.org In no way is Islamic Sharia, Islamic government, compatible with Western understandings of human rights and freedom of conscience. Traditional Islam forbids conversion from Islam, forbids anyone to leave Islam. Thereâs no way out. And, it forbids Muslims and non-Muslims to live as equals in society; and mandates the second-class status of non-Muslims, forbidding them to hold authority over Muslims, forbidding them to hold certain jobs as a result; and even mandated in history that houses of worship, of Jews and Christians, were neither to be built or repaired, making communities relegated to a perpetual state of decline.â
Answer: Dear Sir, the manmade, âImamistâ Shariâah is not compatible even with Qurâan. It is based on conjecture as we have seen once again in the question above. Traditional Islam in the hands of the Muslim clergy is another name for the Shariâah which the Muslims themselves hate and will throw out of the window. Conversion: We have already seen the freedom of religion granted by the Qurâan. [2:193, 2:256, 22:40] Houses of Worship,
Temples: Please check
22:40. You will see some of the finest non-Muslim temples in Muslim countries. The non-existent
âDhimmitudeâ fabrication has been described in detail in the last few Rebuttals.

The Noble Koran 5:51:
âO you who believe, take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliya (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.) they are but Auliya to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliya, then surely he is one of them.â
Answer:
Did Britain and America depend on Italy and
Japan to protect them against the Nazis?
5:51 O You who have chosen to be graced with belief! (Since they deny the Final Revelation that is the Constitution of your state,) do not take the Jews and Christians as your allies. They are allies of one another. He among you who takes them for allies is one of them. God does not guide those who choose to do wrong. [Awliya = Protecting friends. This verse points to taking allies on a national scale, and not to individual friends. See 60:7-9]
Mr. Serge Trifkovic, Foreign Affairs Editor, Chronicles Magazine: It is not possible for a non-Muslim living in a Muslim society to invoke his civil rights, or human rights. That would be independent, or separate, from the Sharia concept. He is expected to submit to Sharia willingly, and if he accepts his dhimmitude, the position of a dhimmi, he will be a protected person. A protected person is someone who is, in fact, a willing subordinate to the Muslim overlords.â
Answer: Dear Sir, please tell me the name of one country where non-Muslims are called Dhimmies and where they are selectively denied human rights and are considered as âwilling subordinates to the Muslim overlords.â It is true that there is much room for improvement in the human rights area in some Muslim countries because of violation of the Qurâan. Fortunately, reforms are taking place fast thanks to public demand, NGOs and human rights groups.
Saudi Arabia is the only country that generally enforces the deplorable Shariâah law on its residents. But even there, non-Muslims enjoy complete freedom from the Shariâah laws except for violent crimes, drug trafficking and modesty in clothing. It appears that women will soon be allowed to drive a car.

The Life of Muhammad (p. 368):
We saluted the prophet as he stood praying, and he came out to us, and we told him that we had killed Godâs enemy. He spat upon our comradeâs wounds, and both he and we returned to our families. Our attack upon Godâs enemy cast terror among the Jews, and there was no Jew in Medinah who did not fear for his life.â
Answer: The same history tells us that the Jews in the City-state of Madinah enjoyed all rights as citizens and they were the most affluent people conducting their businesses and agriculture in complete freedom and security. Please see the Madinah Charter a link to which will be provided in a few days. The Jews, in violation of the Madinah Charter and peace treaties, repeatedly sided with the Makkan troops attacking the peaceful Muslims of Madinah. That is when they were finally exiled. The compassionate Prophet allowed them to take their belongings with them.
What authenticity would a fabricated Hadith carry before the Unassailable Qurâan? [59:2-5]

Mr. Robert Spencer, JihadWatch.com: Islam from its beginnings was both a religion and a system of government. For example, the Islamic calendar doesnât base year one from the time that Muhammad was born or the time Muhammad received his first revelation from God, which I think are both what Westerners might expect, but from the time that Muhammad became the leader of an army and head of state in Medinah. This is the beginning of the Islamic calendar because in the Islamic understanding, Islam is a political and social system as well as an individual faith.
Answer: Dear Sir, a knowledgeable gentleman like yourself surprises me with such a gross error! Most people know that the Islamic Calendar is known as AH meaning Al-Hijrah or the Migration. After suffering relentless persecution at the hands of the people of Makkah, the exalted Prophet ordered the Muslims to migrate to Madinah at the request of Madanites. He himself initiated his migration on 16 July 622. This is the date of the beginning of the Islamic calendar. It took more than one year thereafter for the exalted Prophet to establish firm brotherhood between the Immigrants and the local Helpers (Ansar), make peace treaties with numerous tribes of the City-state, and formulate the most benevolent Madinah Charter (Meethaq Madinah). The Madinah Charter is unanimously agreed upon as the first ever written Constitution of a State. Space disallows me to post the Charter here but it guaranteed freedom of speech, religion, and equal human rights to all citizens, regardless of race, color, creed or religion, worldly status, wealth or lineage. All citizens were guaranteed the basic human needs, food, clothing and shelter, peace and security.
You said, âIslam is a political and social system as well as an individual faith.â Dear Sir, if you study the Qurâan with an open mind, you will notice that human intellect cannot even think of such excellent socio-political principles as given in the Qurâan. An intelligent librarian would place the Qurâan in the Sociology section of the library, and not in the section on religion.
Herbert George Wells - Happiness of
Mankind, Kent, 1938:
The Islamic teachings have left great traditions for equitable and gentle dealings and behavior, and inspire people with nobility and tolerance. These are human teachings of the highest order and at the same time practicable. âŠ. Islam is replete with gentleness, courtesy, and fraternity.
Mr. Serge Trifkovic, Foreign Affairs Editor, Chronicles Magazine: In Islam, the separation between temporal, secular, and religious power is not only impossible, it is heretical. Only in the complete blending of all aspects of human activity and all aspects of political and legal functions of the state can we have the Caliphate, the properly organized state that is pleasing to Allah.
Answer: Dear Sir, Islam being a System of Life (Deen) does see life as a whole. But how many Muslim âhereticsâ have you seen just because they believe in their religion as a personal matter? Probably not one!
As for Secularism, it is the antithesis of all religion, whether Islam, Judaism, Christianity or any other religion. I donât think that you would like to confine the Golden Rule within the four walls of the Church alone. This example suffices to prove that, fortunately, the separation of the Church and State (and the individual) is practically non-existent in Christianity either. It would be a great tragedy for Christianity if all moral values were practiced within the confines of the Church.
Even more pertinently, think of the WWII when Hitler and Churchill both fought in the name of God. Where was that âSeparationâ then? The last Muslim Caliphate, the Ottomans, dwindled for disregarding the moral values given in the Qurâan and for no other reason.
In Islam, the only way to âpleaseâ Allah is: Serve His creation, serve humanity. [13:17, 6:147]
Bishop Thomas Ward - The Bible: Its Source, âThe Golden Rule was plagiarized from The Treatise on Morality by Confucius of the 6th century BC.â
But, of course, itâs a most beautiful moral value.
The Golden Rule: âDo unto others as you would have them do unto you.â Mathew 7:12
And Prophet Muhammad is reported to have said: âNone can be a believer unless he likes for the fellow man that which he likes for himself.â [Bukhari, Muslim]
