5:95 O You who have chosen to be graced with belief! Do not kill animals of game while you are in the state of Pilgrimage. Whoever kills it intentionally, must send a Permissible domestic animal ………….
“…while you are in the state of Pilgrimage…”
Question: What are the criteria for “in the state of Pilgrimage” or “out of the state of Pilgrimage” ?

Please study about Hajj (Pilgrimage) in Surahs AL-BAQRAH, AL-HAJJ and AS-SAFFAAT.
The oncoming computer CD will make things much easier for everyone.
