Salam
Does anyone know If there were two Yazeeds in early Islamic history?
1. Yazeed bin Mawiya
2. Yazeed bin Abu Sufiyan ?
Or is it just one person? because some historians couldnot accept the fact that Yazeed took part in battle of Yarmouk.
anyinfo with reference will be greatly appreciated.

Dear brother,
YAZEED BIN MU'AWIYAH BIN ABI SAFIYAN was the full name of one person. Yazeed bin Safiyan was no separate person.
His times: Yazeed bin Mu'awiyah bin Abi Safyan (26 to 64 AH = 645-683 CE).
Yarmouk took place before Yazeed was born.
